The Olympic Roads and Traffic Authority were responsible for the planning and delivery of transport for the Athletes, officials and spectators for the Sydney 2000 Olympic and Paralympic Games. In the lead up to the Games they used numerous Test Events to develop and fine tune their implementation plans.
